Development started on 2015 July 15th
The project is in its early stages. Features currently present in the code (and their names) are subject to change.
Tech stack
The application backend is written in the Ruby language using the Ruby on Rails framework.
Frontend tools used include SCSS over Foundation for the styles.
Configuration for development and test environments
Prerequisites: install git, ImageMagick, Ruby 2.2.2, bundler gem, ghostscript and PostgreSQL (>=9.4).
cd participacion
bundle install
cp config/database.yml.example config/database.yml
cp config/secrets.yml.example config/secrets.yml
bin/rake db:setup
RAILS_ENV=test bin/rake db:setup
Run the app locally:
bin/rails s
Prerequisites for testing: install PhantomJS >= 2.0
Run the tests with:
bin/rspec
