b6a095ced7 Add and apply RSpec/EmptyLineAfterExample rule
It was introduced in rubocop-rspec 1.36.0. We were already applying it
almost everywhere.

db97f9d08c Add and apply rubocop rules for empty lines
We were very inconsistent regarding these rules.

Personally I prefer no empty lines around blocks, clases, etc... as
recommended by the Ruby style guide [1], and they're the default values
in rubocop, so those are the settings I'm applying.

The exception is the `private` access modifier, since we were leaving
empty lines around it most of the time. That's the default rubocop rule
as well. Personally I don't have a strong preference about this one.

f27beb1e47 Simplify testing array contents
We were testing for the size and the content of the elements when we
could test for the array itself.

4301937e85 Check arrays are empty instead of size 0
In ruby we check for `array.empty?` instead of `array.size == 0`, so
it's natural to write the tests in the same way.

ffc50246c2 Apply explict RSpec/DescribedClass rubocop rule
We settled on using this style in commit 4cbe81a1, but didn't add the
rule enforcing this style and we didn't apply it to existing code.

de2816a6a5 Enable RSpec/BeforeAfterAll rule and fix all issues
This cop tries to avoid state leaking between examples. The fixes done on the code don't follow the suggested path, since the usage of `before(:all)` was not really useful. By using RSpec's `let` method we achieve same goals but with much better and readable tests.
