Javi Martín	5e5a0c5f65	Update PostgreSQL dependency to version 13 ... Version 12 isn't maintained since November 2024, and earlier versions aren't maintained since way before that. Furthermore, we no longer know whether these versions still work with the latest version of Consul Democracy. So we're upgrading the requirements to a version that is still supported and that's expected to work.	2025-10-17 15:54:42 +02:00
