Extract functions in foundation extras
In foundation extras we were assigning functions to local variables, but
in the rest of the CoffeeScript files we use them as object properties.

Keep sticky elements after AJAX requests
Turbolinks doesn't get on well with Foundation's Sticky, and so we need
to manually trigger the event on Turbolinks' `page:load`.
