The `type: :feature` is automatically detected by RSpec because these
tests are inside the `spec/features` folder. Using `feature` re-adds a
`type: :feature` to these files, which will result in a conflict when we
upgrade to Rails 5.1's system tests.
Because of this change, we also need to change `background` to `before`
or else these tests will fail.
The spec was assuming there was only 1 custom page created in the
DB. With this change the spec will pass no matter how many custom
pages there are in the DB.
Regarding the feature ‘Carousel size’:
There is no need to test styling in specs, it changes too often
There are nice ways to test it, but it seems a little too much right
