Not all the colors initialjs uses by default provide enough contrast
against a white text. The default initialjs colors are:

We're replacing them with colors containing less luminosity when
necessary in order to get a 4,5:1 contrast (it could be argued that a
3:1 contrast is enough when the icons are big, but that isn't always the
case and more contrast doesn't hurt):

Since initialjs doesn't provide a way to change these colors using
JavaScript, we're changing them in Ruby, following the same algorithm
used by initialjs.
In some cases, like SDG icons and the proposals map, the image was
bigger than the link containing it, resulting in a funny-looking outline
on focus.
For reasons I don't understand, using `&:active,&:focus:active` didn't
compile to the CSS I was expecting, so I'm repeating the same code for
these two separate cases.
As far as possible I think the code is clearer if we use CRUD actions
rather than custom actions. This will make it easier to add the action
to remove votes in the next commit.
Note that we are adding this line as we need to validate it that a vote
can be created on a comment by the current user:
```authorize! :create, Vote.new(voter: current_user, votable: @comment)```
We have done it this way and not with the following code as you might
expect, as this way two votes are created instead of one.
```load_and_authorize_resource through: :comment, through_association: :votes_for```
This line tries to load the resource @comment and through the association
"votes_for" it tries to create a new vote associated to that debate.
Therefore a vote is created when trying to authorise the resource and
then another one in the create action, when calling @comment.vote.
As far as possible I think the code is clearer if we use CRUD actions

In order to reduce the code used to add styles to the buttons,
we removed the classes that had been added and handled it with
the new aria-pressed attribute
Previously the condition was needed because _without it_ the Admin::Poll::Questions::Answers::ImagesController would have resulted in settings? evaluating to true. This was undesired because that controller was scoped under Polls, so only polls? should have evaluated to true. Now that we have moved the images link to the customization menu, this check is not necessary anymore.
There were already some menu items to customization pages under the "Site content" menu. It therefore makes sense to move "Custom images" and "Custom content blocks" (which were previously
located under "Settings") to "Site content" as well.
This rule was added in rubocop 1.44.0. It's useful to avoid accidental
`unless !condition` clauses.
Note we aren't replacing `unless zero?` with `if nonzero?` because we
never use `nonzero?`; using it sounds like `if !zero?`.
Replacing `unless any?` with `if none?` is only consistent if we also replace
`unless present?` with `if blank?`, so we're also adding this case. For
consistency, we're also replacing `unless blank?` with `if present?`.
We're also simplifying code dealing with `> 0` conditions in order to
make the code (hopefully) easier to understand.
Also for consistency, we're enabling the `Style/InverseMethods` rule,
which follows a similar idea.
Note we're excluding a few files:
* Configuration files that weren't generated by us
* Migration files that weren't generated by us
* The Gemfile, since it includes an important comment that must be on
the same line as the gem declaration
* The Budget::Stats class, since the heading statistics are a mess and
having shorter lines would require a lot of refactoring
For the HashAlignment rule, we're using the default `key` style (keys
are aligned and values aren't) instead of the `table` style (both keys
and values are aligned) because, even if we used both in the
application, we used the `key` style a lot more. Furthermore, the
`table` style looks strange in places where there are both very long and
very short keys and sometimes we weren't even consistent with the
`table` style, aligning some keys without aligning other keys.
Ideally we could align hashes to "either key or table", so developers
can decide whether keeping the symmetry of the code is worth it in a
case-per-case basis, but Rubocop doesn't allow this option.
We were already applying these rules in most cases.
Note we aren't enabling the `MultilineArrayLineBreaks` rule because
we've got places with many elements whire it isn't clear whether
having one element per line would make the code more readable.
In the `i18n_translation` initializer, we're overwriting the `t` helper
so calling it uses custom translations if they're available.
However, ViewComponent doesn't use the `t` helper but implements its own
`t` method. So, when calling the `t` method in a component, we weren't
using our implementation of the `t` helper, and so we weren't loading
custom translations.
Using the `t` helper in components solves the issue.
There was a test where we were directly testing a method in a component,
and that method uses the `t` helper. This caused an error when running
the test:
ViewComponent::Base::ViewContextCalledBeforeRenderError:
`#helpers` can't be used during initialization, as it depends on the
view context that only exists once a ViewComponent is passed to the
Rails render pipeline.
Using `render_inline` in the test and testing the generated HTML, as
recommended in the ViewComponent documentation, solves the issue.
Just like we did for budgets, we're doing the same thing in all the
places where we render background images attached by either regular
users or administrators.
This way we correctly render background images with characters like
brackets or quotes.
By using the bindPopup function instead of the click event
popups work when using the keyboard.
Note that now we are loading all the map markers in the first
request in a single query to the database (needed when there
is a lot or markers to show). Because of that we removed the
AJAX endpoint.
Images with brackets weren't being rendered properly, so we're now
enclosing the URL in single quotes. In order to render images with
single quotes, we're also using the `j` method.
Since the tests were written by a different developer, we're adding them
in the next commit.
Previous to this commit the geozone link shown in the
legislation proposal page was pointing to the proposals
process feature instead to the legislation proposals.
Note that in the budgets wizard test we now create district with no
associated geozone, so the text "all city" will appear in the districts
table too, meaning we can't use `within "section", text: "All city" do`
anymore since it would result in an ambiguous match.

This check isn't necessary since commit 7e3dd47d5, since now we check
that the budget is present before creating the components which call
this method.
The `map` class is applied to the map element by LeafletJS; using it in
the container led to hacks like adding an `inline` class to fix the fact
that the container was using the `height` rule of the `.map` elements.
Even though we don't add styles for them, I'm adding the `budgets-map`
and `budget-investments-map` HTML classes so these elements can still be
easily selected with CSS and JavaScript.
Not sure why it was added in commit 9fb5019f0, but it made the table
look funny on some screens, particularly after adding the extra field
we're about to add.
Using a button for interactive elements is better, as explained in
commit 5311daadf.
Since buttons with "type=button" do nothing by default, we no longer
need to call `preventDefault()` when clicking it.
